becuase of this issue we couldn't have a webinar event, cuz sometimes the buttons would just dissappear. just understand that sometimes they appear and sometimes they don't so you need to refresh a few times till they dont appear. but users of course dont know this.
i tried completely deactivating the cache plugin which did not help.
I've just checked on your site, it looks like this could be a conflict with other plugins or theme.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved. If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.

for now I moved the container with the buttons that sometimes disappear to https://healthiscreation.com/testing/
please update me if its a known issue and what can be done.for now on the real websinar page I would find a different solution
