For the moment, I am in test mode. But I have a question regarding Mollie. I have put the appointments on pending . I would like to know if in live mode: when the customer makes the payment, is it put on pending ? Is it up to me to approve the appointment in the Amelia dashboard for the payment to be made? Or is the payment approved automatically, and I just need to approve the appointment? This question seems important to me regarding the transaction fees of the different operators and if I need to refund the client to reduce the fees. Or is there a method to put payments on pending ? Thank you for the answers
There are 2 options. You can set general status for appointments in Amelia and for each service and the appointment can be pending until they pay and then the webhook can be sent to change this to approved once they pay.
Also refund can be done from Amelia but this option is available in Pro and Elite license.
You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Hello, thank you for your reply but I am not quite clear on the two options.
Do you mean to say that I should set it to "General Pending" or "Appointment Approved"?
If I set it to pending, my client does not receive a payment link. I am required to set the appointment to "Approved" in my WP dashboard backend for my client to receive a confirmation email. When should I use the webhook? Do you have any documentation or videos on this topic?
2. Second is you can set specific status for each service in service settings
3. You can send payment link with pending notifications. You just need to click on pending notifications then on show email placeholder and all placeholder that are available for that notifications will show like this

Hello again,
We can see from your video that you did not enabled Mollie for the service
And in payment setting it seems to you that you do not have an online payment method set for some services
The payment link cannot work if the service is set not to accept online payments. So you need to enable this and after that all should be fine.

Marko Davidovic
