In the backend, when a team member logs into the system, and they are part of events (ie. one of the hosts, or participants), under events when they log in, it's all blank.
Thank you for clearing that up and for your patience.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello Jeremy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer with the same email as employee user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

He's only an employee. Not a customer.
So when he logs in as the employee he doesn't see it in the WordPress admin side under Events. He sees appointments though.
