We had major site slow-down for more than an hour and when we reached out to our server hosting service, they reported that we are sending/receiving too many of these requests (refer to screenshot)
We were doing a WhatsApp marketing campaign but it had nothing to do with Amelia or the WhatsApp Number connected to Amelia. Then why did this happen?
