in general settings, I set all new appointments from step by step booking should be saved in calendar as approved, but they are still saved as pending, so there is need for manual approval. Could you please navigate me what could be the problem and how to solve it?
In General settings, there is an option to configure the default appointment settings. This should be set to approve in your case, but please note that you can also configure this for each service separately. Please check if the default status is set to "approved" for each service. You can check this in the service settings.
thank you very much for your reply. I checked if it is set as approved in services and it is. Still, new appointments are saved in calendar as pending. :(
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The reason why you are seeing the "pending" status is that you have set the minimum capacity to 2 for a certain service. In this case, the appointment will be marked as "pending" until the minimum capacity is reached. In case you have a minimum capacity set to 1, the appointments will be marked as "Approved". Feel free to test it yourself.
I see, that usually when you have added additional languages, there are templates for both default and additional language, so i thought that you've changed the template for different languages.
Just to confirm, the same text that is in the backend, in template, is not sent to the customer when the appointment is booked?

Thanks for the access. Looks like the additional language has been added previously already. If i add "Slovak" to additional languages, and i choose this language in templates, the same text appears.
In this case, you want to have this language added in General settings and change the text when this language is selected. Generally, the rule is not to add the additional languages if the language is the same as default, since this is creating a conflict (like this use case)
Feel free to change the text with this language selected, and it should work properly.
