We tested the packages option, but the system sends different notifications to the client: 1 for the package, and 1 for each service that has the package.
It means that the client is receiving at least two notifications.
Can you help me?
Hello Mario,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
By default, the notification "package purchased" will be sent to the customer once the customer books a package from the front end, or if you book a package from the backend. Once the customers book an appointment from the customer panel, then the notification (depending on the appointment status) will be sent. The same goes for the employee section.
Are you trying to send only one notification or?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

The function that two employees participate in a service can be implemented in the backend when creating a new appointment, many clients request it and it is very important for the business
Hello Mario,
Currently, when creating a new appointment in the backend you can only select one employee. While multiple employees can be assigned to the same service, this applies when the customer is about to book an appointment, but that doesn't mean that two employees can work on one service at the same time.
Since the features are based on the user vote, feel free to search through our feature suggestion page and you can upvote that feature.
