Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

I have an issue with waiting for appointment confirmation. Please find the video link attached for further explanation.
I deliberately set the appointments to pending confirmation.
I schedule my appointment, confirm the appointment, and proceed with payment until notification, everything is fine up to this point.
The client receives a confirmation notification for the appointment from the employee.
I go to the WP dashboard, then to the Amelia tab --> Appointments --> I click on confirmed appointments.
My client receives the appointment notification without the Google Meet link that I included in the notification.
If I test a notification email, it works fine.
However, if I follow my process, I don't get the link.
I don't understand why.
