I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding two issues I have encountered while using the Amelia plugin on my website.
Integration with WooCommerce Payment Solution: When I linked Amelia to the WooCommerce payment solution, I noticed a peculiar behavior. Every time a customer purchases an appointment on my site, the appointment is added to my product list on my eshop page as well as in my back office (products). I would like to inquire if there is a way to disable this functionality, as appointments should not be displayed in the product list of my eshop or in the back office.
Mobile Display Issue: While browsing my site from a mobile phone, I noticed that the Amelia calendar does not display properly. Specifically, a specific sentence extends beyond the screen, making part of the content unreadable. I attempted to modify this sentence from Amelia's settings as well as via my translation plugin, but the change does not seem to take effect. I would like to know if there is a solution to resolve this issue, and adjusting the size of the box next to it, containing the date.
Attached, you will find screenshots illustrating the two issues I have described.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could review these issues and provide me with instructions on how to address them. If any additional information is required from my end, please do not hesitate to let me know.

By default, the products are created each time when there is a booking, since this product serves as a connection between the Amelia and WooCoomerce. That means that you need to have the WooCoomerce product assigned to service / event in order for customers to pay with WooCoomerce. While these products are visible in the backend, you change their "Visibility". For example, if you click on the certain produc, on the right side, there is an option to change the "publish" settings. You can change the "catalog visiblity" according to your liking.

It looks like there is a conflict with either theme or other plugins, but this can be fixed with the custom CSS code. While there are no issues on the desktop view, it looks like it happens on mobile.
Try using this custom CSS code
#amelia-container > div > div > div:nth-child(3) > div > div.am-collapse > div > div.am-collapse-item__heading.am-collapse-item__heading-active.am-collapse-item__heading-side > div.am-collapse-item__trigger.am-collapse-item__trigger-side > span.am-fs__pas-app-text.am-fs__pas-app-text-selected{ white-space: initial!important; }
Thank you for your answers! For the sidebar, I did enabled th esidebar in Customize section but it's still not working (see screenshots). Did I do something wrong?
That's strange. Well, in that case, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. So, i've created a test page to check the sidebar functionality. It does work properly, so you might want to check the shortcodes on your page (it should be for the step by step booking form 2.0)
Wonderful it's working! So last question, could you provide me a CSS code to adjust the size of the box containing the date (see screenshot) in web format?

3.The Amelia sidebare doens't appear on my front end: I did enable it on the amelia settings.. https://urbandogs.be/cours-deducation-canin/
It should be enabled for Step by Step Booking Form in Customize section, above first step
Let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Audrey,
That's the place, but it's rather strange that is not displayed. Just to double-check, you've pressed "publish" after changes?

Hello Stefan,
I use the Elementor Widget (see screenshot). The sidebar doesn't show up..
Attached files: Capture d’écran 2024-03-05 à 11.45.23.png
Hello Audrey,
I have tested the booking form with Elementor, as well.
The sidebar is displayed properly
If i try your shortcode with preselected parameters, this is also working properly
Kind Regards,

So what should I do to have it on my page?
https://urbandogs.be/cours-deducation-canin/
Hello Audrey,
I guess this is related to the theme. If you add the booking form to this container
The sidebar is not displayed
But if you add the shortcode for the booking form outside this container, the sidebar is working properly

Stefan Petrov
