We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I'm still working on integrating the plugin on this website, and I'm struggling with something. They have an event space and a kitchen which they want to hire out but only at certain times, and this is not managed by / connected to a specific member of staff... e.g. let's say the event space should only be available to hire on weekends. I'm struggling to find a way to set this up - can you help?
Hello Henry,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Events and services are different features. While the service availability depends on the employee's working hours, the events should be configured in advance. This means that the customer can only book a place for an event that is pre-configured in advance, while for services, the customer can choose between the timeslots.
You can find more information on this link.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
Thanks for the reply, however I'm not talking about events, in my post I mentioned there's an 'events space', let's just call it a 'venue' to avoid confusion. My client wants to hire out this venue but it should only be available to book at certain times. This is what I'm trying to configure, but can't find a way that doesn't involve employees' schedules. I hope this clarifies the issue.
Thanks,
Henry
Hello Henry,
Thanks for the additional information.
Let say that we look at the "venue" as "service". This service can't be configured to be booked at certain times without the employee working hours, unfortunatelly. The timeslots directly depend on the employee's working hours, since the employee is the one who is going to "work" on those booked times. So, to configure particular booking times, you would need to have at least one employee assigned.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
