I have a question, is it only possible to add people with "How many people are coming with you?" option? Or is there a specific option I can turn on, so that a client would be to choose amount of people attending. Because the current option is not very clear, e.g.: How many people are coming with you? So imagine im not very computer literate (we have to imagine worst scenarios). If i enter 20, how do i know there is a total of 21 people selected. It is only visible in the end, but in terms of UI design, if I select something, i have to understand what i selected straight away. Visual indication should be best.
Could you please advise whether you could have a simple selection of total people attending which could be adjusted either straight away on step 1 or last step.
This option has been made specifically for that purpose. If enabled, the customer can choose how many people is coming with him for a specific appointment. Amelia always counts +1 the customer who is booking an appointment, so all other customers plus the one who is booking. The total number of customers will be visible in the appointment section in the backend.

You are welcome. If you are about to make appointments manually from the backend, depending on the maximum capacity for service, you will have the option to choose how many customers are coming with the customer that has been selected. To visualize -
Once the customer is selected, you will have the option to select the number of people
This is basically the same logic that is on the front end.

What you described is what can be done with the option "bringing someone with you". If this option is enabled, once the customer books an appointment/event, this option will appear where the customer can choose how many people are coming with him (depending on the settings, or course).
For Events, you can create tickets, with the custom pricing and duration. Once you enable the Custom pricing and duration for events, you will see the option to create ticket categories with different pricing and capacity. This means that the customer can choose the number of tickets per booking for each categories (again, depends on the settings)
