Hi. Email notifications that are sent out to clients sometimes includes the placeholder, and sometimes doesn't. Why might this be the case? How can I make sure that it is always included?
That's strange. Well, there are no other options than pasting the placeholders directly to the notifications template. Which placeholder is in question?

I meant the time zone placeholder is intermittently being displayed. At the very least, it should at least display the default time zone.

If i understand right, the %time_zone% placeholder is not displaying the time correctly in notifications or sometimes it doesn't work at all?
