Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved. If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.

Would you be able to provide us with a Staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user,  so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thank you for the credentials. It does look like there is a conflict with the WooCoomerce plugin. I can see that there is an update of WooComerce, perhaps you can update and check if it works. If it doesn't, then report back and we will continue with troubleshooting.

Can you please add the following custom css to your page and clear cache

.am-fs__bringing-content input {
    max-width: initial !important;
}

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.

We added this custom css to https://eventpotwojemu.pl/ and put the maximum capacity of one service to 2 to test the popup out and it seems to be fixed now

The changes don't appear right away on the pages if you are not logged in as admin. Possibly due to caching.
