I've used the credentials from your previous ticket to log in. I've made a test employee and added it "stuff" field for a certain event. I can see that the email settings are correct, if i book a place for an event, i get both notifications.
This one is for the employeee
This one is for the customer
I can see that the templates for both employee/customers are turned on, so i hardly the case where the email is sent to one, not to the other. Perhaps, you can try again, or there is a particular event that's in case?
