    Hi,

Is there a way to show the services EVEN there is no availabilty ?

I receive a lot of texte like " your site isn't working" bc its appears like this and customers CAN'T see the prices, the description / informations about the services bc when there is no services its appears like this.

Why there is no another presentation ? Like when there is no availabilty  for a service it becomes grey with an inscription like "No avaibility" or whatever than disappear and looking like the site isn't working.

    Hello Nael,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, there is no option to show services without assigning the employee. The booking form will display the services and availability based on the employee's working hours, but otherwise, it would be displayed exactly like on the screenshot.

To fix this make sure to always check  these points:

    1. Are these services visible on the site?

    2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?

    3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included:

In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.

    4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.

    5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,

Thanks, I found a "trick" to do it so I'm writing it in case someone want to do do it.

So I programmed the services in a way is it IMPOSSIBLE to book more than 365 days in advance.

So in my employee's avaibility, I create an avaibility in 2099 (so waaaay more than 365 days) in the "specific day".

So the customer CAN NOT book the services but all the services still appears on the website and people still can see the services, theirs description etc.

You just have to not deleted this fake avaibility and it will be okay !

    Hello Nael,

Well, that's one of the workarounds. I guess i should leave this on public, so everyone will see the workaround. Thanks for providing the information.

Let us know if you have any other questions or issues.
