When customers book an hour with me (my user), my google calendar doesn't show slot selected by the customer (I have already integrated it) and if the slot is already booked, the customer can take it anyway. This is happening since I updated the Amelia plugin to 7.4.1 version.
I have had the same issue with 7.3 and it was never resolved since December.. and now with 7.4.1 it doesnt event display certain services calendar. I'm curently looking at alternatives as the plugin is buggy and support is so slow.
Today I noticed, when I tried to edit appointments, Amelia only shows the logo "work in process" and is impossible to do it. I do need your support to resolve all these issues.
We do not have any issues with calendar integrations. If the employee is connected to a calendar in employee modal then this will appear in that calendar.
You can do that easily you just need to check for 3 things
1. You have option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Google Settings in Amelia plugin. When you enable this option it will be removed the busy slots in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Google Calendar.
2. In order for these slots to be removed the events in Google Calendar must be set as Busy.
3. In settings/inetgrations you gave option called maximum number of events returned to 2500 please make sure that is set like this
And make sure to purge the cache.
This should help.
As for not seeing customers this can be some conflict of roles same goes for editing appointments
Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
We want to mention that our work hours are from 09 to 17 UTC+1 and this ticket came yesterday and here is now 10am and we are responding to it. We could not reply sooner since we are working on ticket in order in which they arrived. Sending multiple responses like this send this ticket to the end of the queue. Luckily we were able to spot this and move it forward so that we can reply sonner.
I have already done all of your recommendations, but the issue is still there. The clients are able to see only the available slots of the employee (it means the google calendar is working well), but once the appointment is booked, this slot doesn't appear on google calendar. It means the employee can't see the appointment on his G calendar, only on Amelia.
And in the other way, there are lots of configs with an infinite time of waiting, for example, I've waited more than an hour (without success) to update an employee data.
Also, my clients registered on Amelia are missing from Amelia customers list, but I can see them on WP users list.
All of these issues (among others), began when I updated Amelia to 7.4.1 version.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
