Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello John,

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse.

Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.

    We hope you understand.

Also 99% of settings is set in Google console so we can not know what is not properly set. You need to follow our documentation step by step from this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/ and redo the integration and if you set everything as we show in our documentation all should be working fine.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic

    Hello John,

The issue here is that you did not install proper license. We can not send it to you since you contacted us in pre purchase category so we can not check your account Im afraid. What you can on your own is you can download Amelia from your profile in our store. Just make sure that in download file you do not have any other license so you can confuse them.

We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.

Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.

Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.

When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.

Hope this helps. In case that you have issues again and you should not please open a new ticket in Amelia category with your purchase code that you can find in your profile in our store and we can then send you the proper version. We can also install it for you if you wish but we would need temporary admin credentials.

We would love to help but we can not since this is a pre purchase category and we can not very your account there is not proof of purchase. So please try to download and install the correct version from store or open a new ticket in Amelia category which is for full license owners and hen we can help you out.

    Kind regards.
