In the service settings for 'Facial 60m' only 'Mollie' is enabled. Same for the package which contains only the service 'Facial 60m'. When booking the service on its own, the only option is to pay through Mollie. When booking the package, 'On-site payment' is also enabled. (Shown in the attachment in the first entry)
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
On your booking page there is no packages for service facial 60 min you can see that in the video that we are sending you also there is not such package on the backend. There is only packages for Body 60 min

I'm sorry, my mistake. The issue is with the service Cupping/Body 60m and both packages. When you would have tried a booking for this service and then selecting a packages you will see the issue.
This looks like some bug we have forwarded this to our developers so that they can take a look and as soon as we get feedback from them we will reach out to you again on this ticket.
This should be fixed with the next update when will it be released we can not say but it should be soon.

Despite the fact that I have disabled on-site payment for the packages (only Mollie enabled) it still shows up as payment possibility when booking
