First of all, make sure that the mail settings are correct. We recommend using the SMTP protocol for mail settings since it's the most convenient one and it has been confirmed that it's working. You can find instructions on this link on how to configure it.
You also need to make sure that the notifications template are turned on. For example, depending on the booking status, the template will be triggered (approved, pending, canceled) and etc. If the mail settings are correct, each time the customers books an appointment, the customer and the employee assigned to that service will get a notification (email).

I don't receive any notifications when the clients book an appointment thanks to a package, directly in their customer panel.
What should I do to get these notifications?
