Hello, I use amelia on wordpress with stripe. When making a reservation, I would like to take a bank imprint of 5 euros. That I would only charge if the client does not come to the appointment. Is this possible with Amelia? THANKS

Thank you for reaching out to us.
No, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia as such. You can use deposit for example so they need to pay a deposit upfront and then you can send them payment link where they can click and pay the rest of the amount before appointment and if they do not pay you keep the deposit. This should help you achieve what you need.
