The product is bought and activated. On the "activation" tab of settings, it even gives the option to "deactivate". However! Any setting that relies on paid version shows a lock symbol and says "upgrade" Unable to use plugin in this state. Please see screenshots attached. Using version 7.4.1
You need to delete Amelia from the plugins section and install the downloaded one (pro). After you install the license, you need to enter the purchase code then and Amelia will recognize the license and domain.
