I have configured Amelia with all the steps to connect it with Google calendar, but when making a reservation, it does not appear on the calendar.
I want to use the payment method with WooCommerce and when changing the order status, it can appear or disappear on the calendar depending on the payment status.
For example, if a customer makes a reservation but selects payment by bank transfer, that reservation will not appear on the calendar until the payment status in WooCommerce changes to processing.
Yes, that is how Amelia works with WooCommerce. Amelia triggers the appointment creation on statuses "Completed", "Processing" and "On Hold". So, when you change the payment status to one of these, an appointment will be created. If the appointment is not set to one of these then the appointment is not created and you can not see it. So it needs to be set to one of these 3 and then they will be created and be added to a calendar. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
