I was wondering if it is possible to have Amelia propagate all Zoom meetings to use the Zoom Personal Meeting Room ID. So as to use only one ID for all appointments.
Amelia generates a new Zoom ID for every appointment. I feel this will make it hard for my clients.

Unfortunatelly, as you said, Amelia generates a new Zoom Id for every new appointment and since Amelia only has core integration with Zoom, currently, there is no option to configure only one ID for an appointment, unless if you place the Zoom ID in notifications template. Each time the customer books an appointment, the text with the link will be sent, but it won't be in the format like when the Zoom link is generated.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
