Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.We do not have shortcode to show this per location only per tag. But you can set that tag is the name of locations perhaps.

1. [ameliaevents] or [ameliaevents type=list] if you want to show a list of all your events,
2. [ameliaevents tag='name'] if you want to show just the events that belong to the same tag defined during the creation of events, where “name” will be replaced with the tag name,
3. [ameliaevents event=1] if you want to show only the event with ID 1 without its recurring events,
4. [ameliaevents event=1 recurring=1] if you want to show the event with ID 1 with all his recurring events.
5. [ameliaevents type=calendar] if you want to show events in a calendar view.

Please note: If you're using tags in the shortcode, make sure to copy the single quotes from #2 in the list above because of issues with different keyboard layouts that may not apply the tag if used.

Employees that are working on the event get notifications. If only one employee is working on that event only he will get notification and if 5 employees are working on the same event then all of them will get notification. This is how Amelia works and it can not be changed Im afraid.

No this is not possible if you can send us a video of the issue. When event is created employee must be added. All employees show in event staff but they are grayed out this shows that you can add them not that they are added. The only employees that are added are the ones that in blue color in this case this is why  is the employee that is working on this event.

I have never seen this before. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that we can not login with standard login via wp-admin they get 404 on the login page. Can you please provide us a new login link where they can log in?

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that based on your video, it seems that you created an event from the employee panel while logged into WordPress as [email protected], who is an Administrator. 

The employee associated with this event is [email protected] (whom we couldn't find on your staging site). We reproduced this behavior on our local environment. However, you should be logged in to WordPress as a different user than the one on the employee panel (you can use a private window when testing the employee panel).
