I have a calendar that will book in a services and checks all employees...
However, I have the feeling that Amelia books in the services with the employee that was entered first in the admin. Is that correct? Because I don't want to favor one of the employees over another, so I would like that an employee is randomly picked when more then one is available in a certain timeslot. So how would I do this?
By default, Amelia will apply random employee selection logic, also respecting the fact that each employee can be booked for a particular appointment. You can change this according to your liking, by going to the Appointments settings and selecting the selection logic.
You can choose between random, round-robin, highest and lowest prices.

Yes, but it also takes is consideration the already booked appointments for employees. If the employee is already assigned for a particular service, no matter the logic, it can't be selected for the same timeslot (depending on the settings)

If you use the shortcode to select 3 employee ID's to use as possible employee to be selected ... does this influence the selection logic?
