Hello, for some reason I am getting 2 appointment notifications online! One notification that the client has booked an appointment with me, but the second notification should go to the client but goes to me, how do I fix this?
By default, one notification goes to the employee and the other one goes to the customer, that's true. Perhaps, you have added your email to the field "Send all notifications to additional addresses" in Notification settings?
By default, you are not able to see the notification that is sent to the customer, unless if your email is added to this field.
