I have a suggestion for a feature in the next update.
I would need something like opening hours for a place, as we are running a love asylum (hourly hotel). Which is without staff (employees).
I am currently handling this situation with a virtual employee, which is impractical and misleading in the system.

Services in Amelia cannot function without employees this is how Amelia is designed and this will not change since this will require coding a completely new plugin. But since you do not need employees you can hide them on the booking form and your customer will not see employee choice on a page.
You can do that in customize section like this
