We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
When we use the Enable server-side processing mode, the date filter gets messed up for one day. Is there a solution?
For example, when I count from the first of February, it shows from the second of February
I use gravity addons
Hello,
Unfortunately - for the time being, there can be issues for filtering/sorting/search if you enable server-side processing on your Gravity Forms integrated table.
We pointed this out on our Documentation on the Limitations section :
And you can see it on your Table's back-end settings, under the server-side toggle option.
We plan to work with the Gravity Team in the future to make improvements on this integration for filtering/search and sorting when the server-side processing is active;
but we can't say an ETA when that will be improved.
For the time being, the only way to work around it if you notice any issue is to disable server-side option.
Or you could have, for example two Tables :
1. One table to have editing, which can be only for Users who edit it on back-end;
2. And another Table which pulls the same Form Data - just with server-side disabled, to have sorting/filtering/search working properly on Front-End.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
