My clients don't understand where to create an account and add a password. I know the account is created automatically when they buy a class but it's not clear to them. Therefore I think it's important to send a notification to the client after purchasing with the account credentials and access link. As I sell only packages, my client don't receive the customer panel notification.
Could you help me find a solution to send them that notification when purchasing a package? We could disable Amelia notifications to only have woocommerce notification, would that help?
Please help me find a solution or I will have to move to another booking solution, as the notification and custoimer panel are very important to me.
By default, after purchasing a package, only the notification template "package purchases" will be sent to the customer. There is this option - Require password for login.
This option enables you to choose whether you will require the classic login to the Panel, or you will allow accessing the Panel solely via a link from the notifications. By default, this option is enabled; this means that customers will need to log in with an email and password to access their appointments on the Panel. If you disable this option – the customer will be able to follow the URL with a unique token in the email notifications without entering their username and password.
I assume that the notifications for the account opening with tokens are also not sent when buying a package? If not, how can we ensure that the client receives a notification informing them of the opening of their account (token or password) when they purchase a package?
It should be sent, depending on the settings. If you have the option "Require password for login" the customer should receive a notification with the credentials, if disabled, they should receive a link to the customer panel.
This option can be found in User Role Settings, when you select the Customer section.
Ok thanks I found it. How can I change the name of the sender (currently Wordpress) and customized the message? Please see the screenshot of the notification I received, after purchasing a package, to invite my to sent a password.
Great. The sender name can be changed in Notifications settings and you can customize the message by going to Notifications / Template and then find the "customer panel access". This template is sent when the access link is requested.
I did configure the settings as you mentionned here below. The "customer panel" notification I received after purchasing a package, is not the same as what I have configured. Please check the sceenshots here linked.

Could you help me configure that "Wordpress customer panel" notification ? thanks
I see now. The WordPress email is sent by default, unfortunatelly, it can't be changed. We can only edit the notifications template when it comes to Amelia.

Hello Audrey,
Great. The sender name can be changed in Notifications settings and you can customize the message by going to Notifications / Template and then find the "customer panel access". This template is sent when the access link is requested.
