I have a question regarding my photo studio booking website. We operate from 9 AM to 9 PM, and I'm looking to create an order form where users can select their desired appointment time. Each appointment slot is set for either 20, 40, or 60 minutes. However, the appointment form currently only displays 19 options, starting from 5:40 PM to 12:00 AM, which doesn't cover the full operating hours from 9 AM to 9 PM. Could you please assist me in ensuring that users can select appointments starting from 9 AM to 9 PM?
Your help would be greatly appreciated as I need to open my store on February 23rd.
The timeslot availability depends on the employee working hours and service duration. If the employee is assigned to the service that has duration of 1h and the working hours are configured from 09 - 17, the timeslots will appear in increments of 1h, so 09 - 10 , 10 - 11, 11 - 12 and etc.
I recommend checking out the documentation where we explained how to configure the employee working hours.
