Can you please confirm which wpDataTables Plugin version do you have installed?

We previously had a bug for Formulas on one of the old versions, but it was fixed.

If you don't have 6.1 version, can you please Update the Plugin, then purge all cache of the Site, and let me know if the issue remains?

If you have 6.1 installed and the issue is the same;

we can remote in.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, along with FTP credentials;

so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
