1. Is there a possibility for integration with Google Contacts

Currently, Amelia has the integration with Google Calendar / Google Meet. 

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

2.Does the plugin offer the capability to generate vouchers?

Unfortunatelly, there is no option for vouchers, but there is an option for coupons. It allows you to create promotional coupons to reduce the prices of appointments, events, or packages by a percentage or a fixed amount. You can find more information on this link.

3. Is there an option to cancel an appointment and generate a code for a new reservation ?

Sorry to disappoint you, but, once the appointment is canceled, there is no way to generate a new code for a new reservation. The customers would need to schedule a new appointment. You can suggest this feature, as well.
