Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
I am considering this plugin and have bought a Pro Lifetime. However, there is one thing that I cannot figure out. Once a customer buys a ticket to an Event. How can they retrieve the actual ticket? Do they have a customer area that they can access? Please help as I need this completed today.
Hello Mike,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Once the customer books a place for an event (ticket) or schedules an appointment, there is a dedicated section called "customer panel" that can be added to the front-end page. This is the place where the customers can log in to manage their appointments/events.
Please, find more information on this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thank you for coming back to me. Is this a separate profile to the WordPress profile? I am logged in to my WordPress and WooCommerce account and when I go to the Customer Panel I am asked for a login. We cannot have customers needing to have two separate logins for one site that just won't work. Please advise.
Hello Mike,
Yes, each WP user needs to have a separate user role assigned, meaning that, an admin cant log in to the customer panel and vice versa, the customer cant log in to the WP as an admin. Each user role has it own set of permissions. So, once the customer book an appointment or book a place for an event, he needs to log in to the customer panel.

Stefan Petrov

Sorry Stefan, I am trying to make a site live with Amelia ASAP. Here is my page under development. This is a really busy website. https://paulaobrien.net/events-2024/
Two questions.
See my screenshot https://prnt.sc/W1s307VvIB0I .
Hello Mike,
You are welcome.
Please, find the answers below
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved. If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
By default, Amelia shouldn't assign another user role. The customers that already have the Customer user roles will be able to log in to the WooCoomerce account and purchase the appointment. Amelia will only assign the Amelia customer user role when the customer is about to book an appointment through Amelia booking form (depending if the option is enabled)
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thank you for coming back to me. We have staged the website and removed all plugins except for Elementor Pro and Amelia. We swapped the theme out for a basic Hello Elementor theme.
As you can see from the pop-ups on this page https://stg-paulaobrien-stage.kinsta.cloud/events-2024/ the issue with the event dates is still there. Can you please advise?
Mike
Hello Mike,
Can you please provide the WP admin credentials for the staging site, so we can log in and take a better look?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks.

Stefan Petrov

Hello MIke,
Thanks for the access. Well, it' not the conflict but rather the custom date format in WP timezone settings. It does work properly, if you configure Y-m-d , for example

Excellent, thank you for finding that.
What about the issue with the modal footer on mobile devices?
Mike
Hello Mike,
Apologies, but when you have questions or issues that are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
