Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Sometimes I have a problem with sync with Google Calendar. Some appointments do not sync with Google Calendar. It happens occasionally, but it does happen. Where to look for the problem?
Please help me solve this problem, thanks!
Marcin
Hello Marcin,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Try increasing the "maximum number of events returned" to a higher number. This option can be found in the Google Calendar settings. It will increase the number of events returned per page.
Let me know when you check.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan
Do you mean this setting?
Previously it was 50, but I noticed a similar problem on the forum and increased it to 500, is this a good setting?

Hello Marcin,
Yes, that's correct. Other than increasing this, unforunatelly, there are no other options. Feel free to test it and let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thank you! I hope this helps.
Could this be due to the server being too slow?
We have such a server:
https://cyberfolks.pl/hosting-wordpress/
Hello Marcin,
Well, it could be, since the Amelia loading speed mostly depends on the hosting. The slow load can be caused by a lot of things - the number of appointments you have, the number of customers, the number of employees, etc.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
