We've added the application in the Azure platform according to the instructions to get the Outlook 365 sync. However, when a user (employee) tries to connect his Outlook calendar with the WordPress website in the admin area, he gets an error message:
Application with identifier ’XXXXXXX’ was not found in the directory ’XXXX’. This can happen if the application has not been installed…
How do we proceed to get the connection between the employees and WP Amelia so that Outlook Calendar works?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also, please provide me with the access of the Azure active directory.
