Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

hi, I do not understand, I no longer see the notifications that I created and that arrive well to customers when they book but I cannot change them because I do not see them anymore...on the other hand, although I have the right version 7.4 you can see on my picture OUTDATED ?????may-be that I will delete it and install it again but in this case the reservations that are already made will disappear or they will recover. tia

Have you added any additional languages? If so, make sure that you are selecting the correct language in the notifications, for the template that you want to edit.
As for the outdated shortcodes, this is just a message that the old booking form will be outdated soon since we are focusing on the new ones. They will get the updates while the old booking forms will be depreciated in the future.

I didn't add any additional language, I use fg translate and I have never had a problem so far, in notifications there is nothing more while my customers receive an email that I want to change because I can’t find it anymore (look my photo, there is no notification !!

I've used the credentials from previous ticket to log in. Not sure which user you are using to log in, but i suppose that this is happening because of mixed roles conflict, as you can see here
Make sure that this user only has one user role assigned, in this case admin.

I changed now only admin and the same...nothing in notifications and as you can see if someone book they receive this email (which I want to change and I can't)

Would you be able to provide us with a Staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP credentials, and the database access ( Either link with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or Hosting Panel), so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
