After reviewing a lot of support documentation and videos, I am still having a few issues with my table.
1) The biggest issue: I have filtering set on the 'Required or Not' column however when I go in to change the predefined values, it is grey and I can't edit it - but I was able to set it up initially.
2) The next issue is, I set the width of the first column but while viewing the table on the front end, it shows correct for 2 seconds and then continually reverts to equal column widths.
3) The last issue is - the form that shows on the top table gets cut-off and you can't read the predefined values (checkboxes). I've tried writing custom CSS but can't get it or the Clear filter button to show properly.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

1. I am glad to see you fixed the first issue - so we will skip to the 2nd and 3rd one now.
2) The next issue is, I set the width of the first column but while viewing the table on the front end, it shows correct for 2 seconds and then continually reverts to equal column widths.
The quickest way to debug this one is, if you can grant us remote access to the Back-End so that I can check how you configured the Table?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens,
as well as FTP credentials
so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
3) The last issue is - the form that shows on the top table gets cut-off and you can't read the predefined values (checkboxes).
I've tried writing custom CSS but can't get it or the Clear filter button to show properly.
It seems you have disabled the Advanced Filters from the top of the Table until we resolve the issue;
or is it enabled but just not seen on front-end?
Can you confirm does the Table with the Filters load correctly on the Table's Back-End Preview along with the Custom Column Width;
and both issues just happen on the Front-End version of the Table?
If that is the case, then it is some kind of a conflict caused by the Theme or another Plugin.
wpDataTables is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) concept-based plugin.
This means that the table should look the same both in the back-end and in the front-end.
If your front-end table looks and behaves differently than in the back-end, this usually implies that there is another plugin (or the current theme) that's changing the behavior of our plugin.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Let me know if you isolate the issue with these steps, please.
If not, we can still take a remote look to investigate it further.
Hi Milos - it's totally OK with me if the Clear Filters button doesn't work in the backend, as long as it does in the front end we're happy. Thank you for making those changes too! But there's one remaining thing that I can't figure out with CSS. The filter icon on the Clear Filters - I need to hide that. It covers up the text. I also see that the column width is working now.

Regarding issue 1) I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and that solved the issue.
Issue 2 and 3 are still problems.
