Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi
I have added the possibility to pay with Stripe when booking, but it seems there is not room for all data for putting in creditcarddetails.
How can I fix this?
Regards Henriette
Attached files: Stripe.JPG
Hello Henriette,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
It does work, only it moves according to the characters that you are entering. For example, there is a credit card number, once i click to enter the numbers here, it moves to the left.
Once i click to edit the month/day and CVC code, it moves to the right (it only shows the last four digits of the card)
The last column is the postal code (this depends from country to country)
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan
Thank you for your explanation.
Compared to every where else I have been using online payment it looks strange ;)
I would like it to "not move" and show all the information I put in - and to keep it there until I confirm the next step in the bookingsystem after filling out all information.
Also there is not really a visible container, like for the firstname, lastname and soforth.
And no labels shown for the fields.
I am worried I might scare of customers, who might feel unsecure paying online, because it looks and acts this way.
How can I correct this?
Kind regards Henriette
Hello Henriette,
Understandable, but, unfortunately, it can't be edited. Amelia only has integration with Stripe, there are no options to change the appearance.
