I would like to include a WPforms shortcode in the appointment follow-up notification so clients can fill out reviews when they get the email.
Is there any way to do this? If I can't use WPForms shortcodes, can you please recommend a different way to automatize getting reviews through the follow-up email?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features.
This feature has been planned already and it's on our list. You can upvote it here. As more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
