Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello,
In the appointments page I'd like to make some custom changes to the columns, please just guide me a little bit on how to do it.
Please let me know how this could be done. For #1 I imagine we should extend the column width a bit, and for #2 maybe guide me towards the file that would need edited.
Thanks!
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We started working on a new backend that will be implemented in the future but we do not have an eta when this will be implemented.
In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Hi Marko!
I understand the feature is not built in, but I'm still wondering if there's a way to change it through custom editing the code.
Just guide me towards the respective files that would need edited.
Thanks!
Hello again,
I regret to inform you that the task at hand is quite intricate, and achieving it is not as straightforward as it may seem. Unfortunately, this falls outside the scope of our support from both agents and developers.
While we can offer basic CSS assistance, undertaking custom coding and personal customization projects is currently not feasible or available. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Hey :)
I don't want the actual custom code. All I need is if you can guide me to the specific javascript or php files that would need changed. Thanks!
Hello again,
I can forward this to our developers but not sure if this can ba accomplished easily. As we get feedback from them we will contact you again on this ticket.

Hello again,
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that you can try with custom CSS for customers name:
As per price display, you can hide it with something like this:
But it won't make the other columns wider.
Unfortunately, code modification isn't as simple as it's written in Vue.js and compiled into public/js/chunks/ files.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
