    Hi there,

I'm trying out the free version of Amelia to see if I like it and purchase a pro license but so far its been a bit frustrating. The Amelia plugin shows only on laptop view and not mobile. I'm using LiteSpeed Cache, not RocketWP but I cannot seem to find a workaround. I would appreciate if you could help me out.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Not sure if this is correct. Please try to access it from some other device or from incognito mode. We went on your site but we can not see Amelia on your site. Most likely you can see it only on latprop because you are logged in. Our guess is that when you try to access it from incognito mode you wont be able to see the booking form on laptop.

The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.

The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.

    This should helps.

    Kind Regards,
