Hi,
If I have a service where I have to approve the appointment before it is confirmed, what happens with the payment while the appointment is pending?
Is the money taken from the client when the appointment is pending?

Yes, you charge for the appointment but if you do not approve it you can refund the amount. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/#refund
