Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
I need users to be able to change the time zone, and the country code is defaulting to Mexico. I need it to default to the US.
How can I make these changes?

In addition, I need to know how to turn off the feture for payment, I want users to be able to schedule a consult with out any fee's.
To give you a better idea of what I am doing, I am setting up a remote support site, I want people to be able to schedule appointments from anywhere in the US. Cost to cost that is why I need to be able to allow the user to change timezone. Eventually I plan to expand. But for Now I eed to make sure the phone number default to a US country code, and Users canchange time zone.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Both of these you can set in general settings like this
There you can set country code or you can let it to be set per IP address and you can enable that time slots on the booking form are shown per customers time zone that is set on their device.
This should help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,

How do I turn off the payment? I want the client to be able to schedule without making a payment. I am doing a free consultation. I also would like to enable some type of captcha. Can that be done aswell?
Hello again,
When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
You need set that the price of service is 0 and then payment step will be skipped automatically and it wont show on a booking form. As for captcha you can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/general-settings/#Enable-Google-reCAPTCHA.
This should help.
