Hi, after a recent update, the on-site payment option gets disabled when woocommerce is active.

This is quite frustrating for our client because it adds another unnecessary step in the checkout process, that in turn makes clients fall of the booking before its completed.

We need a fix for this as soon as possible.

Some background: The reason that we use woocommerce is because there's one service that must be payed during booking, the rest is on-site. So its of  high importance to have the bookly thankyou page, rather than the woocommerce checkout.

    Thank you!

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is how it works. Once you enable the WooCommerce service option, other payment methods will be disabled since WooCommerce supports the same payment methods, they have option called cach on delivery or similar that has the same function as on site. So as soon as you enable WooComemrce all other payment methods are turned off.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Thanks Marco. The client that uses Amelia, is really dissatisfied that now there's more steps, to complete the booking when its set to pay on-site. Is it there any possibility to maybe enable the woo only for some services?

The problem is that they sell a videochat service that is payed online, and all the other services are on-site. So they really dont need a woo user or any other type of woo/wp registration for the on-site clients. This makes the registration and ordering more complex and stats show they have less orders with the last woo step.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks!

    Hello again,

Unfortunately, no, this is not possible. If they insist on using WooCommerce for each type of payment they will be forwarded to WooCommerce since WooCommerce supports the same payment methods and then all others are unavailable.

They can switch to Stripe and PayPal for some services and then they can use on site on some others. Or they can set that some services are free and that they have a price 0 and then the payment step should not appear.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
