Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. The service duration needs to be configured in advance.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

You are welcome. Well, they can just change the duration of service, but this will be applied to the service in advance meaning that the customers will still not have the option to choose how long the appointment will be. They can only choose from already predefined dates.

This is related to the employee panel option, where they can change the appointment settings for appointments that have been assigned to them.

In the User Role section, in the Employee tab, you will find these options that can be enabled

I was referring to the option where the employee can log in to the employee panel and edit the service settings, but you are right, the employee can only change the assigned services, as well as the prices. My apologies for that.
