In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi, I have some features I would like to enquire about, I am looking to use your plugin for an appointment-based business. My client runs a sports centre which has Padel Tennis (2v2 and 1v1) and Mini Football (5v5). 

    There are 2 football pitches, 4 padel courts (2v2) and 2 padel courts (1v1) 

    Some features I would like to enquire about are:


    1. Do you have the ability to auto-assign a booking to any available court? (without the user manually selecting a court, we have 4 courts to choose from for the 2v2 padel service)
    2. Do you have the ability to also allow users to select a court OR select assign "any court"?
    3. Do you have the ability to change pricing in "peak hours"? ie. from 5pm-9pm prices for padel courts is +20%
    4. Do you integrate with WooCommerce to add extra payments? We need to use JCC and there is a WooCommece plugin extension for this
    5. We also want to integrate a WooCommerce Wallet System (another WooCommerce plugin extension) - would this integrate with your system?
    6. Can we block out specific dates and times to be booked by customers online?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Thank you for your inquiry regarding the features for your appointment-based sports center business. We're pleased to inform you that most of the features you've mentioned are indeed available with our plugin.

    You can definitely auto-assign bookings to available courts without requiring users to manually select a court. Additionally, we offer the flexibility for users to either choose a specific court or opt for "any court" if preferred. Furthermore, our system allows for the blocking out of specific dates and times to suit your scheduling needs.

    However, while our plugin supports pricing adjustments, we currently do not have a built-in feature for automatic pricing changes during peak hours. This is something we're actively considering for future updates.

    Regarding your integration needs with WooCommerce, we do provide integration capabilities that allow for extra payments and integration with payment gateways such as JCC. Similarly, we can work with WooCommerce extensions like the Wallet System for seamless integration with our booking system.
