Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I run Amelia on wordpress with woocommerce and stripe.
Once I turn on the payment method woocommerce, Amelia will automatically disable the "on site" payment option. Also there is no way to change the button to enable it.
This is new to me as this worked a couple of days ago before updating the software. Even on a clean wordpress installation I have the same issue. All modules are on the newest up to date version. The problem seems to occur with woocommerce, not with mollie or other methods.
When I disable woocommerce payment option in Amelia, it enables again the on site payment option giving me control to the button (e.g. with mollie), but disable it when I turn woocommerce on. I don't use mollie by the way, just pointing out the issue.

Hello Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
This is how the payment methods are working, and it's working like this, by default. The "on-site" and other payment methods are disabled since the WooCoomerce itself supports other payment methods like Stripe, PayPal, and also "cash on delivery" which is basically "on-site". To avoid conflict, there is no need to have them both enabled at the same time.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

We have the same issue. We have some appointments with online-payment (Video consultations) and others on-site where people pay after their appointment. It has been working just fine until a few days ago, and now we have the same issue as Chris here. And yes, it is an issue as we need both, and I suspect many others do as well. Please re-activate the option of both (for different services). In advance, thanks.
Hello Erik,
This is how Amelia has been working even with the previous versions, so I'm not sure if we are talking about the same thing. As soon as you enable the WooCoomerce, other payment methods are disabled, as well as the "on-site" payment because of the reason mentioned below.
Also, i would kindly ask you to open a new ticket regarding the questions or issues that you have, so it would be easier for us to troubleshoot (if needed) and provide assistance.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thank you Stefan, I solved my issue now by using the "per Nachname" / "cash on delivery" option in WooCommerce which seems for me kind of a workaround even though I can get your point. In any case we have it solved by now like that, thanks for your support!
Regards, Chris
