The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side. 

The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.

Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Apologies for the delayed answer. Uros is out of the office, so i will fill in for him.

I've just logged in to the WP site you've provided, but i cant see any plugins that affect the Amelia plugin. If i open the page where the booking form is located in incognito (without loggin in) i can see the booking form loading properly. 

Perhaps, it has been removed or you've managed to exclude the files?

I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I've just checked in incognito mode. The booking form is showing properly on all pages, even if you want to book tfrom different pages.

Usually, issues like this are related to conflict with other plugins. Anyway, the Amelia files should be excluded or the plugin that is creating a conflict disabled.
