Relatively simple. People are getting confused as to whether the 1.5 hour time is actually the drive time or some sort of estimated time they will be picked up. We need them to understand that the first time is the pick up time and the estimated arrival time in Seoul is the second time.

You could add the custom fields of type "text" to add the extra information on the booking form, with the description of timeslots. To see how the custom fields can be configured, please find more information on this link.
