Iam writing to express my concerns about the difficulty I am experiencing managing payments and appointments in the new system. Despite thoroughly reviewing the documentation, I haven't found an intuitive way to change the payment status of an appointment paid on spot. Currently, the process seems unnecessarily complex, requiring numerous clicks and manual data entry in payment detail section.

Frankly, I am feeling quite frustrated with this system, especially considering the ease of such tasks in my previous platform. While the demo showcased impressive features, my experience reveals numerous limitations in core functionalities. These include:

• Inability to edit appointment price or create free appointments after registration.
• Lack of discount implementation functionality after the appointment is made.
• Restriction on registering appointments for unavailable workers when real-world agreements exist.
• No option for custom appointment registration with disabled buffer time for individual appointments.
• And many others

These limitations significantly hinder my workflow and ability to manage appointments effectively. I plan to compile a detailed review highlighting these issues soon.

p.s. since im using Amelia for a while there has been zero updates made for the plugin...

Thank you for your answer, this gives hope and I wont migrate for now back to my old system. I wont be changing this system for my old clients for now but we will see, hope it all works out.
