Apologies for the delayed answer. Regarding the packages -
The duration you set is for the package while the appointments within a package are defined by the "Period available for booking" in Amelia's General Settings or individual settings of a service. So, if you sell a package with 10 appointments, and set the duration of the package to be 1 year, your customers will have 1 year to book those 10 appointments.
However, the appointments within a package can be booked as far ahead as you configured the "Period available for booking in advance" in Amelia's General Settings, or individual service setting. For example, if this is set to 30 days, at the time when an appointment is being booked, the customers will be able to choose the dates 30 days from TODAY. Defining the duration of the package doesn't define the availability of appointments.
Regarding the appointments, on the page that you've provided, i can see that the packages are displayed on the booking form, but if i click on the Mar 9, only one timeslot is displayed.
I amended the setting and i cannot do it still? All appointments are greyed out- the whole of march is greyed out completely and cannot be changed. I duplicated Sarah Hill's appointment (the one i had to cancel) and tried to pop her in for 11:30 on that day.
The option "Allow admin to book an appointment at any time" is still not enabled. In order to save the changes, you need to add the URL to the customer panel. I left it unchecked since i couldn't find the page with the customer panel (perhaps you need to create it first). If you already have it, just place the URL of the page in this field, make sure that the option is enabled, and try again.
hi there
Can i please ask if we can create a package for 6 classes to be booked within 9 weeks? Is that possible?
Thank you
So for example, if they book 16th March, all 6 classes in the package must be booked within 9 weeks from that date.
So in this example, if 16th March is their first service, the last service no later than 18th May (9 weeks from that day!)
I would appreciate a response. Thank you so much
Hello Sara,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
You can create a package of services and set the duration of the package according to your liking.
I recommend checking out the instructions on this link.
I hope it helps, but please feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

As it should be. So the configuration is correct.

Hello Sara,
I see, thanks for the additional information.
Well, you can enable the option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" in the User Role settings, when you select the Admin settings.
This option will allow you to reschedule the appointment as an admin to any time in the backend.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan
Thank you for this. Were you able to figure out why all the appointments were blocked in the back end please?
